HomeThe owner, Phyllis Spilman, had 12 years of management experience with an Office Equipment Dealership prior to opening CostPerCopy Consultants,  Inc. in 1986. CostPerCopy Consultants, Inc. was certified by the City of Chicago as a Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE). This status has assisted many clients with obtaining their objectives with regard to their Supplier Diversity Programs. Phyllis is an expert at finding the right equipment to fit your companies needs within your means; she also has designed a rental program for Conference Centers and Hotels hosting Conventions and meetings.

The Service Manager, Joe Spilman, along with IT Managers, Richard Benavides and Mitch Szot share decades of experience in technical service and training.  Kan Chiang Sihoe is part of our team overseeing the refurbishing of equipment and fuser units for our part in “going green” for a better future.

Our Customer Relations Representatives, Shelley Majewski and MaryKay Merkau are happy to assist you with placing service calls, ordering supplies, directing and answering your questions.  They have both been part of the CostPerCopy Consultants, Inc.  family for over 10 years.
