CostPerCopy Consultants, Inc. was created in 1986 with a business plan that included offering the most competitive pricing in COPIER, FAX, PRINTER, and SCANNING equipment, along with Service, Rentals, and Supplies. More importantly, we pledged to serve our clients in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner while maintaining the lowest "Cost per Copy" in the industry. We are pleased to be authorized by SHARP ELECTRONICS in both Sales and Service for their full line of office Digital Copiers/Printers - Black and White as well as Full Color. CostPerCopy is also an Authorized Sales and Service Dealer for the full line of XEROX Multifunctional units and OKIDATA Color Printers.

CostPerCopy Consultants, Inc. was awarded a three-year contract with the City of Chicago in 2002 with equipment sales, service and supplies that was then extended for a two-year period in 2005.  A modification was then provided so we could continue working with the City of Chicago allowing them substantial savings on the cost of ongoing service and supplies.
