COPIERS

GOLDSTAR MAINTENANCE PROGRAM – CostPerCopy Consultants offers this program on all copier equipment pending an inspection from our service technician. CostPerCopy will service and maintain the copier for a period of one year up to the set expiring meter count being met. CostPerCopy agrees to provide all emergency service calls as reasonably requested and scheduled PM’s at no additional charge for LABOR.  Normal replacement parts are included at no additional charge. All consumable supplies including toner, developer, drums and rollers (only exception is paper and staples) are included with this program. FAX/MULTIFUNCTION UNITS

STANDARD FAX MAINTENANCE – CostPerCopy Consultants will agree to service and maintain your fax unit for one year providing all service calls as reasonably requested at no charge for LABOR. Replacement parts are included at no additional charge.  Consumable items (paper, toner/developer, drum, and fuser units/assemblies) are not included under this agreement.  Pricing for this maintenance program varies depending on the model of the machine and the condition it is in at the time of program request. Please contact our office for more information.

PRINTERS

STANDARD PRINTER MAINTENANCE PROGRAM – CostPerCopy Consultants will agree to service and maintain your printer for a period of one year for an annual price. The cost for this program is dependent on the printer model and its condition at the time of the request. CostPerCopy agrees to provide all service calls as reasonably requested and supply replacement parts at no additional charge. Consumable items (paper, toner, drum, maintenance kits, and fuser assemblies/units) are not included under this agreement. Exterior trays and panels are not included under this program. Contact our office for more information.

PRINTER SERVICE/SUPPLY AGREEMENT – CostPerCopy Consultants will service your printer(s) for a period of one year for a discounted rate of $69.95 per call on each printer listed by customer, and you the customer agrees to purchase consumable supplies: toner and maintenance kits for this equipment from CostPerCopy. The agreement becomes effective on the date that the customer’s first order for supplies is placed for each printer the customer wishes to place on this agreement.  Please contact our office for more information and pricing for your printers supplies.

TEN + PRINTERS AGREEMENT – CostPerCopy Consultants will service the printers (10 or more at the same location) at NO CHARGE FOR LABOR when the customer agrees to purchase all consumable supplies (toner and maintenance kits for the listed 10+ printers) for at least a one year period of time. The agreement becomes effective on the date that the customer places their first order for at least one supply item for each of the printers included on this agreement.
